2. Product Information

• All laptop specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.
• We are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or descriptions.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are only confirmed once payment is verified.
• We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, and other methods listed at checkout.
• Prices include VAT but exclude shipping fees (calculated at checkout).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
• Signature may be required for receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Defective items may be returned within 14 days for replacement/refund.
• Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Original packaging and accessories must be included.

6. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply; ByteBox facilitates claims but isn’t liable.
• Extended warranties (if purchased) have separate terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

ByteBox isn’t responsible for:

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes must be resolved in Gauteng courts.
